list_trips Read-only

List the trips you can open, with their dates and your role.

get_trip Read-only

Everything about one trip: days, resources (things you have or want: stays, transport, food, sights, clothing), scheduled entries, links, photos, travelers and shared orders. Booking details appear only when the token allows them.

create_trip

Create a trip. Returns its id.

update_trip

Change a trip’s name, description, dates, default time zone or cover photo. Only the fields given change. Who can see the trip is changed on the website only.

save_resource

Add or change a resource: a stay, a flight or train, a restaurant, a sight, clothing or another item to pack. Unscheduled resources form the candidate pool; schedule them with save_entry. Give resourceId to change one (only the fields given change), leave it out to add one.

delete_resource

Delete a resource. Its scheduled entries stay, without the resource.

save_entry

Add or change a scheduled entry on the timeline, usually using a resource (resourceId) or standing on its own (title and category). Times are local wall-clock times where it happens. Give entryId to change one (only the fields given change), leave it out to add one. After the trip, status, rating and review record how it went.

delete_entry

Remove a scheduled entry. Its resource stays in the candidate pool.

save_day

Set a day’s title, journal or cover photo. Only the fields given change; clearing all three removes the day’s story.

save_traveler

Add or rename a traveler. Travelers own packing items and pay or share costs. Needs booking access.

add_link

check_supply Read-only

Day-by-day check of clothing and other consumables against the trip’s daily-use rules and laundry: shortages, over-discards and groups with nothing packed.

Recorded costs: each item once (shared orders count once), totals per currency and, with two or more travelers, who owes whom. Needs booking access.
